HEALT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Exercise and a healthy diet are important behavioural factors that affect our health during all stages of life. The frequency of exercise, its intensity and type are important determinants of chronic non-communicable diseases, it can be a risk factor that endangers health, but it can also be a protective factor that strengthens health and helps to improve the quality of life. Since we want to contribute to these protective factors, we carry out a number of activities and measures for more exercise.
