WHO Regions for Health Network
The Centre for Health and Development Murska Sobota is a member of the WHO Regions for Health Network, since 2009, when we were invited to this network based on the results of our work and successful projects, where we participate in the monitoring committee and coordinate the content area of integrating health in regional development.
The goal of the Network of Regions for Health is to establish cooperation between European regions in order to strengthen the health and well-being of its inhabitants. The CHD participates as a collaborative center of the World Health Organization with a program to increase capacity in the field of intersectoral investment in health. In addition, the CHD participates in the implementation of the Health 2020 strategy.
